Well equipped, spotlessly clean, excellent location. There is a parking space outside the cottage but you need to be aware that it is quite difficult to access.

Beautiful cottage, excellent views of the sea, lovely patio area, comfortable bed, and a lovely location would recommend to stay here everything you need for a relaxing holiday on your doorstep, and surrounding area.

This is a very well situated property that allows you to discover the treasures of the Roseland. The provision of onsite parking is a bonus, but could be a little challenging for those not so confident parking in close proximity to other cars and steps. The Rising Sun pub is well worth a visit as is the Hidden Hut....

Sea Spray is a lovely cottage. Very clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Nicely situated in St. Mawes with stunning views over the harbour and beyond. The owners have thought of everything. There was even a pair of binoculars to make the most of the view....
