French doors from the sitting/dining-room lead out to a sunny patio and lovely views of the grounds. Ideal for a family or friends sharing, this comfortable property has reversed accommodation with the sitting/dining-room, kitchen and a shower-room all on the top floor with the bedrooms and another bathroom below. Please note the twin bedroom has restricted space (however one bed can be removed if just needed as a single room). This is a peaceful haven where you can walk the nearby moors, enjoy beach days at Looe or explore the winding streets of Fowey and Polperro. Ideal for visiting all of Cornwall, there is much to see within easy driving distance; watersports at nearby Siblyback Lake, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Eden Project and several National Trust properties and gardens. A small part at one end of the barn with its own private parking and patio is retained by the Owners, who very rarely visit during holiday occupancy.
