We walked in to find everything exactly as it was almost 9 years ago, when we were last there. Aveton Cottage is a beautiful island of tranquility and has most excellent facilities to enjoy. We have already booked our next visit!!!!

Lovely well-furnished and equipped cottage with a superb pool and games complex very close by situated in a quiet out-of- the-way rural location a few minutes from all the facilities of Kingsbridge and the South Hams. The cottage has modern high-quality kitchen and entertainment equipment and even a small study to retreat to. Countryside views add to make this a break from the hustle-and-bustle. We had a fantastic holiday at Averton cottage. It is in a lovely peaceful setting. We especially enjoyed the sole use of swimming pool, games room and gym. Gardens and views were wonderful.
