This pretty detached former coach house can be found in the rural Dorset countryside, within easy reach of the stunning coastlines of the Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage Site.

The Old Coach House welcomes you as soon as you step through the door, with a bright and airy interior. This property offers a large, enclosed garden where you and perhaps your furry friend can enjoy the space that looks out over the gorgeous scenery. It is so tranquil that you would have no choice but to relax here. There is even a patio space where you can dine al fresco, or just enjoy a glass (or two) of whatever takes your fancy.

This homely retreat has so much to offer with its well-equipped kitchen where you are able to cook up a delicious meal. Should you wish to have a night off, then the local pub is just within walking distance. Similarly, you won't have to venture far for local produce, the local shop is only a stone's throw away.

The sitting/dining room offers year-round comfort with its warming wood-burner, perfect for those cosy nights in! Head upstairs where both bedrooms overlook the garden, with far-reaching views across the valley through a quaint copse where you can enjoy complete peace and quiet. It is the perfect retreat from the stresses of the outside world. The beds provide a restful place for you to recharge after a day of exploring the beautiful country walks and villages, completely untouched by the modern world. All of this is just on your doorstep!

Should you want to venture further than the attractive village of Ansty, the county town of Dorchester is just a drive away, where you can enjoy the weekly markets and independent shops. Dorchester is rich with history of the famous novelist and poet, Thomas Hardy who resided here in West Dorset in the mid-1800s. Alternatively, you could even take a drive to the National Trust's, Cerne Abbas Giant - which is believed to have been constructed in the late Saxon period.
