Lovely sea views from the sitting/dining-room.The kitchen, also with sea views, is very well-equipped.The first floor double bedroom.
 
The ground floor double bedroom has sea views and a bathroom next door.The twin bedroom, on the first floor.The converted garage on the ground floor makes an ideal games-room.
 
The glorious view towards the Lizard peninsula just a few yards from the cottage.As you walk down into Porthleven, this is your view of the harbour!Porthleven beach.
 
Comfortable sofas and a large flat screen television in the sitting/dining-room.

All prices are £ per week per cottage. Where applicable the prices are inclusive of VAT.

The prices are specified for Saturday changeover dates.

For weekly holidays or short breaks beginning on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday the price for the following Saturday applies. For those beginning on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday the price for the previous week applies.

Where two price bands are specified in the description, the higher price band also always applies for Christmas and New Year even though this is not stated in the description.

Bed linen is included in the price. In addition, many cottages also include electricity and central heating within the price and this should be taken into consideration when comparing prices. There are no extra charges for cots or high chairs where they are listed in the property description on the Web site.
