The beach is just a few minutes' walk down the hill from Waterwitch.
 
A stable-door opens onto the street from the very spacious sitting-room.Comfortable sofas face the wood-burner in the sitting-room, with further seating in the other half of the room.In the kitchen/dining-room the oil-fired Rayburn is supplemented by a combination microwave, grill machine and steamer.
 
Plenty of space for the whole family at the dining-table.Sea views between the neighbouring cottages from the summer-house.This comfortable double bedroom is light and spacious.
 
Lovely views towards the Lizard peninsula from this double bedroom.The pretty single bedroom.The twin bedroom.
 
The first floor bathroom features a roll-top bath, with a glimpse of the sea between the cottages opposite Waterwitch.Picturesque Porthleven harbour, surrounded by shops, pubs and restaurants.Porthleven beach, just a short walk from the cottage.

All prices are £ per week per cottage. Where applicable the prices are inclusive of VAT.

The prices are specified for Saturday changeover dates.

For weekly holidays or short breaks beginning on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday the price for the following Saturday applies. For those beginning on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday the price for the previous week applies.

Where two price bands are specified in the description, the higher price band also always applies for Christmas and New Year even though this is not stated in the description.

Bed linen is included in the price. In addition, many cottages also include electricity and central heating within the price and this should be taken into consideration when comparing prices. There are no extra charges for cots or high chairs where they are listed in the property description on the Web site.
