The dining-room, once the dairy, has French windows out to a patio-area with wonderful countryside views. Two double and two twin bedrooms along with a bathroom and two shower-rooms complete the generous accommodation. There is an enclosed orchard and a games-room close by, and Maggie’s Barn (1671) is your only neighbour. The house is set down a private lane leading from the A390, giving easy access to Truro to the west and the Eden Project and Heligan Gardens to the east. With the Roseland peninsula on your doorstep, sandy beaches at Caerhays, Porthpean and Pentewan are all within easy reach. Please note the higher rent band applies from 24 June to 8 September. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
