Surrounded by open countryside and set in an archetypal cottage garden complete with a large pond (please take care with children), Blackberry Cottage is attached to the Owners’ main house, but is completely private. It has its own hedged lawn with a brick-built, gas-fired barbecue and a rose garden approached by a path under a pergola. Equidistant between the north and south coasts, there are several sandy beaches, the Cathedral City of Truro, three golf courses and two National Trust properties all within a twenty minute drive. There is a multi-burner in the sitting-room, which has a low, beamed ceiling – those over six feet beware! The kitchen has tiled worktops and is fitted in light oak, whilst the bedrooms have floral bed linen and co-ordinating curtains.
