Cosawes Pascoe Cottage is part of a 19th Century Grade II Listed house and courtyard, set on its own in the beautiful Cornish countryside yet conveniently close to the main road leading to the Cathedral City of Truro and the sandy beaches and famous sailing waters of Falmouth. National Trust gardens Glendurgan and Trelissick are also just a short drive away, as is the spectacular north coast. Inside the cottage the sitting/dining-room has a cosy wood-burner, perfect for out-of-season breaks. A door leads to the large garden, shared with the Owners, which includes a two acre field where dogs can roam freely and a pretty summer-house for guests’ sole use, ideal for an afternoon siesta. The kitchen, fitted with cream units and wood-effect worktops, leads to the bathroom, with the two pretty bedrooms upstairs. A convenient utility-area, accessed from outside, is very useful after a day at the beach – or for drying off a muddy dog! Hard-standing for a boat-trailer is available and there is broadband access.
