What a treat! Inside and out, Southwold is quite lovely and will thrill guests with its wonderful views and spacious accommodation. Found on a private lane which leads down to the fabulous beach at Mawgan Porth (see photograph), steps lead up from the parking-area to this detached house. Cleverly extended, Southwold offers three very comfortable bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen/dining-room and an enormous double aspect sitting-room. A courtyard garden at the back is enhanced by well designed planting behind it, while the terrace at the front is perfect for drinks or a barbecue looking down at the pine-fringed beach. With a bedroom and shower-room downstairs the property works well for family groups. The twin bedroom upstairs has sloping ceilings so take care when admiring the view! There are shops, pubs and crazy golf in the village below while all the attractions of the north Cornish coast are close at hand, but foremost in the memory of everyone who stays here will be the path to the surf! Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
