This pretty, detached cottage is tucked away down a quiet lane on the outskirts of the creekside village of Mylor. There is an excellent pub and a good range of shops within walking distance, and Mylor Yacht Harbour and the waterside Pandora Inn are less than a mile away along a scenic footpath. Almost equidistant between the busy sailing town of Falmouth and the Cathedral City of Truro, the cottage is ideally located. There are National Trust properties and gardens at Glendurgan, Trebah and Trelissick, and numerous creekside and coastal walks nearby. The welcoming Owner, who keeps horses and dogs, lives next door and ensures that Little Tregew Cottage’s delightful enclosed garden is immaculately maintained. With accommodation all on one level, the living-room is spacious with inviting sofas, some fine antique furniture, a piano and an open fire for out-of-season breaks. The double bedroom is comfortably furnished and has an en suite shower-room, with a second shower-room also available. The white fitted kitchen is compact but well-equipped and looks out over the garden.
