Situated in a secluded, private courtyard, this delightful terraced house sits right on the waterfront looking out over one of the world’s largest natural harbours. The ever-changing vista of yachts and watercraft provides endless pleasure and can be seen from the sitting-room, kitchen/dining-room and waterside terrace (see photograph – unfenced, so please take care with children). The Pierhouse is a real home-from-home, decorated and furnished to an exacting standard and providing everything necessary for a carefree and relaxing holiday. French windows lead from the kitchen onto the terrace where exterior lighting means that you can extend the hours spent on the quayside well into the evening, a magical time of day on this stretch of the water. The first floor sitting-room has a large bay window and tiny balcony overlooking the water, from where ferries can be seen leaving the nearby pier on trips to St Mawes, Flushing and the Helford River. The ground floor twin bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the two bedrooms on the first floor share a second bathroom. A separate apartment occupies the second floor of the building. Please note that the changeover times are 6pm on arrival and 12 noon on departure.
