Kingscombe Farm, a working farm in a secluded location on the edge of the Tamar Valley, is approached by a winding country lane and farm track (bumpy in places). Both barns are quite separate, across the courtyard from the Owners’ farmhouse. The farm boasts an indoor heated swimming pool (please supervise children at all times) and adjacent games-room and an outdoor children’s play-area, all shared by the Owners and both cottages. The pool has lovely valley views which guests can enjoy whilst swimming or relaxing by the poolside, whatever the weather! There are walks through unspoilt farmland (please take care with livestock) to the River Inney, and fishing is available when in season. The location is ideal for exploring the north and south coasts, the moors and the many local attractions. These properties have a private water supply (tested regularly).

Coombe Barn is a very comfortable, detached, stone-built property with its own garden. Designed with the open plan living area upstairs and the bedrooms below, there is plenty of room. The polished wood floors and rugs are complemented by soft cream sofas, some original beams and full length windows with distant views of Dartmoor.
