Brushing banks of lavender as you go, walk along the garden path towards this delightfully welcoming little cottage, and your spirits begin to lift. Set on the outskirts of the village of Breage, a short drive from Porthleven’s picturesque harbour and the south coast’s coves and beaches, Lavender Haze is the second in a row of 19th Century terraced cottages lying perpendicular to the road. Its long enclosed cottage garden, plentiful flowers and shrubs making it surprisingly private, ends with a patio outside the sun-room. Inside is restful and relaxing, the sitting/dining-room leading through to the kitchen and bathroom, with three pretty bedrooms upstairs (beware of the low beam in bedroom 3). Ideal for exploring this beautiful part of Cornwall, this is the perfect place to unwind. The Owners also run the village pub, where a complimentary meal awaits those who book an out-of-season short break at this cosy little cottage. *A cot is not provided, please bring your own travel cot.
