Tucked away deep in beautiful Devon countryside, offering woodland walks and day trips to the coast, Oak Leaf will delight the most discerning guest. Impeccably renovated with no expense spared, this semi-detached cottage overlooks the Owners’ smallholding with views to Dartmoor. The generous kitchen/dining-room has a splendid Rayburn (the main cooking appliance although a microwave is also provided) and solid oak stable-doors leading to the enclosed gravelled patio and the Owners’ extensive grounds, which guests can enjoy. Upstairs, the impressive oak-floored sitting-room is furnished with a large wood-burner and luxurious sofas, enticing you to curl up and relax. The en suite bedrooms are divided over the first and ground floors, assuring privacy. Oak Leaf’s accommodation is second to none and with its location in an unspoilt area of Devon, provides a wonderful, peaceful holiday. A second cot is not provided, please bring your own travel cot. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 11am on departure.
