Perfectly situated for exploring mid-Cornwall, semi-detached Blossom Cottage is part of a former mill building in the hamlet of Point Mills, equidistant between the north and south coasts. The Mineral Tramways cycle route runs practically past the door; a network of pathways connecting both coasts and areas between, open to walkers, cyclists and horse riders – a cycle hire business and riding stables just minutes from the cottage makes exploring these safe and beautiful by-ways easy. Blossom Cottage has storage for bicycles and surfboards, plus an enclosed patio-area, a small orchard and a ‘secret’ garden with a Wendy House. The open plan living-room has a well-equipped kitchen and a dining-area leading through to a sitting-area overlooking the garden below. Stairs down to the lower ground floor lead to the good-sized double and twin bedrooms and the family bathroom, whilst the master bedroom on the top floor has sloping ceilings and an en suite shower-room. The peaceful location of the cottage belies its easy accessibility to the maritime activity in and around the sailing town of Falmouth, the pretty Cathedral City of Truro, and the majestic cliffs and superb surfing beaches of the north coast.
