Just a short drive from both St Ives and the north coast’s glorious long sandy beaches and the famed St Michael’s Mount at Marazion to the south, Penberthy Farm Cottages are tucked away at the end of a quiet farm drive, surrounded by the beautiful Cornish countryside. In this peaceful setting where ducks and chickens roam freely, the cottages share a large lawn area, meadow, and gravelled courtyard, which features an attractive pond (please take care with children). They also share a private water supply, regularly tested.

Mellow-stoned Penberthy Farm Cottage lies in the top right-hand corner of the courtyard, behind its own enclosed front garden complete with hot tub – the ultimate holiday indulgence! Inside, this semi-detached cottage is tastefully furnished in a country style, with slate floors and soft carpets, oak furniture gracing the dining-room, and comfortable sofas facing the wood-burner in the sitting-room’s enormous fireplace. The spacious kitchen is beautifully fitted with cream units, woodblock work surfaces, a Belfast sink, and an oil-fired Rayburn in one corner. Upstairs, the pretty bedrooms overlook the garden, the large double room with a sumptuous brass bed and en suite bathroom built under the eaves – mind your head when getting out of the roll-top bath!
