Only a few minutes’ drive from some of the loveliest beaches in Devon, detached Stable Cottage is found down a narrow lane in the hamlet of Eastdown. This is a very comfortable and deceptively spacious cottage with a well-equipped kitchen/dining-room which has a door out to the sunny enclosed patio. There is a roomy sitting-room stylishly furnished with deep, comfortable sofas and an attractive hearth with a wood-burner – great for an off-season break. The stairs go up from this room to the three pretty bedrooms above but please note, the single room is recommended for children over ten only, as the captain’s bed is quite high. This is a gorgeous part of the country with lots of pretty villages with welcoming pubs and thatched cottages as well as a fantastic coastline. Dartmouth and Totnes are both worth a visit but there is no doubt you will be more than happy to return to this delightful cottage at the end of the day. *A cot is not provided, please bring your own travel cot but space is limited.

Bedroom 3 with single captain’s bunk (recommended for children over 10). Bathroom with bath, fitted shower, WC and wash-basin.
