Twelve Steps is just off the coast road leading down to Mawgan Porth, a real surfer’s paradise beach on the north Cornish coast. With Atlantic sea views and direct access to the beach via a footpath from the enclosed garden, Twelve Steps is a detached contemporary and luxurious holiday destination. Recently refurbished to the highest standards, great thought has been put into maximising the views and access to the pretty garden. Large patio doors lead out from the great open plan living-room, fitted with a bespoke kitchen with granite worktops, dining-area, wood-burner and comfortable sofas. Four of the bedrooms are on the ground floor including the master bedroom boasting sea views and en suite bathroom. Upstairs is a further double bedroom with en suite bathroom, external balcony (please take care with children) and views over the road to open countryside. There is also a fabulous first floor sitting-room, again with full height windows and spectacular sea views. From here, many hours of sea watching can be enjoyed and plans to return to Twelve Steps discussed! Exploring this breathtaking coastal location is effortless; you have so much choice from beaches, restaurants, villages and attractions to visit, one week really will not be adequate. Twelve Steps will not disappoint as it is a stunning property waiting to delight all who visit. Please note that the changeover times are 5pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
