With a private sunny patio, single-storey Chynoweth Cottage lies near the Owners’ home (attached to their private gym) tucked away in quiet countryside just outside St Erth, a short drive from St Ives and the golden beaches of both north and south coasts. The slow, bumpy drive down the long unmade track (unsuitable for low suspension or heavily-laden vehicles) is definitely worth it, and the family’s friendly dog Max may well be waiting to welcome you at the end! Steps down from the parking-area lead to this delightfully peaceful little haven, where guests are invited to share the Owners’ garden it overlooks, five acres of land including a large pond. The property has a private water supply, regularly tested.
