Set back from the road leading to the popular seaside town of Seaton, this pretty end of terrace cottage is a perfect home-from-home. A couple of steps lead up to the front terrace and entrance porch; from here, the sitting-room leads to the well-equipped kitchen and stairs to the two comfortable bedrooms. From the kitchen, a door leads out to the enclosed back garden which has three steps up to a well manicured lawn and attractive borders, planted with flowers, shrubs and fruit trees. This is an ideal place to relax with a book whilst enjoying fresh air and sunshine. Rosedale has rural views across marshland to Axmouth, Hawkesdown Hill and Axe Cliff. During the day, the Seaton Electric Tram can be seen crossing the marshes on its regular trip from Seaton to Colyton, just a short drive away. This is a perfect location from which to explore lovely seaside resorts such as nearby Lyme Regis, Beer, Branscombe and Sidmouth.
