This is an ideal place to relax with a book whilst waiting for the barbecue to fire up. Rosedale has rural views across marshland to Axmouth, Hawkesdown Hill and Axe Cliff. During the day, the Seaton Electric Tram can be seen crossing the marshes on its regular trip from Seaton to Colyton, just a short drive away. This is a perfect location from which to explore lovely seaside resorts such as nearby Lyme Regis, Beer and Branscombe.
