An outdoor swimming pool (available May to September – please supervise children at all times), a hot tub, steam-room and infra-red sauna – shared by all guests and heated by an eco-friendly woodchip-fired boiler – are set in a south-facing, sun-trap courtyard with stunning views over rolling countryside. The pretty fishing port of Mevagissey is just over a mile away while Heligan Gardens, the Eden Project and the beach at Pentewan are within easy reach by car, and countryside walks are abundant. The open plan living-room has large comfortable sofas, broadband access and a fully equipped kitchen-area, while the spacious bedroom has an en suite shower-room. A pretty patio outside provides a sunny sitting-out area. Please note this property has a private water supply (regularly tested).
