Rebecca Cottage is close to Dartmoor National Park, with over 350 square miles of heather-clad rocky tors, deep valleys and of course the ponies. Right in the heart of Chillaton, near the Devon/Cornwall border and within walking distance of the shop and pub, this semi-detached cottage has an enclosed gravelled garden and sunny patio-area. Three steps lead to the front door and inside the sitting-room is lovely with leather sofas and a cosy wood-burner. The kitchen/dining-room has large glass doors to the patio-area and in the summer, this is probably where you will want to be. This very attractive room has polished slate flooring, light oak units and all mod-cons. Upstairs are three separate comfortable bedrooms. This is an excellent base to explore the area; bring hiking boots, but also pack sunscreen and beach towels, as the beaches of north Cornwall and Devon are within easy reach by car. Rebecca Cottage is just the place for family or friends to have a wonderful holiday. Please note the lower rent band does not apply for holidays beginning on or between 15 July to 29 September and is only applicable for parties of 4 + cot or less.
