Not far from the sailing waters of St Mawes in the heart of the beautiful Roseland peninsula, Trewartha Cottage is perfect for families and groups of friends. This semi-detached cottage, situated on a traditional family-run working farm near the village of Veryan, has been renovated to the highest standards using the latest environmental technology. Photovoltaic solar panels provide energy for hot water, while slate flagstones downstairs and oak boards upstairs are warmed by under-floor heating, keeping Trewartha Cottage cosy throughout the year. The ground floor bedroom has access to a fully fitted wet-room suitable for wheelchair users if required. Upstairs, a twin and double room share a shower-room and the master bedroom has its own luxurious bathroom, complete with free-standing claw-foot bath. The kitchen/breakfast-room is modern and light with double doors leading through to the sitting-room and conservatory beyond which has views to the coast. A large enclosed garden is perfect for children and offers stunning views across farmland to the sea and Dodman Head, while footpaths lead to Portloe and Veryan, both with excellent pubs. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
