Formerly a miner’s cottage, Tintin Cottage has a cosy sitting/dining-room with an open fire, and a little kitchen where polished oak stairs lead up to the bedroom and shower-room. Outside, stone steps lead up to two sheltered decked rear terraces – perfect for a morning coffee with a croissant or two. Although Tintin Cottage cannot be accessed by car due to the steep narrow lane, private parking is available at April Cottage (1871), a steep 200 yard walk away. The walks from the property are abundant, with the seaside town of St Ives along the cliffs; here guests can discover the wonderful selection of galleries and restaurants. A perfect retreat!
