Steps lead from the well-equipped kitchen/diner to the sitting-room, with French windows opening out onto the patio and the sunny, enclosed, terraced gardens. Guests are also welcome to explore the Owners’ meadows beyond. Full geothermal under-floor heating throughout and a wood-burner in the sitting-room make Larkworthy Cottage cosy for out-of-season breaks. The Tarka Trail, ideal for walking and cycling, runs through Petrockstowe, RHS Rosemoor is a ten minute drive and the ‘sand and surf’ beaches of Westward Ho! and Bude are easily accessible.
