Porthcurno has one of Cornwall’s most beautiful beaches, with clear blue seas to entice even the most reluctant beachgoers, and is home to the spectacular Minack Theatre, an open-air amphitheatre carved into the cliffs above the beach. Set just behind the shop up a shared driveway, Bosvarcos is a detached property with the living accommodation on the first floor and the games-room and utility-room below. Steep steps lead up to the front door and inside, a hallway leads to the large sitting/dining-room with distant sea views and a cosy wood-burner, the spacious kitchen, three bedrooms (one en suite) and the bathroom. A decked balcony, overlooking the village to the sea, is accessed from the sitting/dining-room and kitchen. A tarmac-area surrounding the ground floor gives ample space for youngsters to play. From here, you can meander down the road to the pub, cafe and beach. If walking is your pursuit, the cliff paths in this area are superb – a short walk to Treen and Logan Rock or a hike to Lamorna and Mousehole. *A cot is not provided, please bring your own travel cot.
