Set down a tranquil country lane just a mile from the beach at Grebe and the neighbouring National Trust gardens, the cottage has reversed accommodation with two comfortable ground floor bedrooms and the open plan living space above. Decorated in duck-egg blue with oak flooring, a breakfast bar separates the well-equipped kitchen from the sitting-area, where French doors open onto a decked balcony with steps down to an enclosed lawn (please take care with children). The peaceful location belies the fact that bustling Falmouth is just a few miles away, and the village of Mawnan Smith with its popular pub is close by. Watersports are available at Helford Passage, the coastal footpath passes nearby and there is an excellent golf course at Budock Vean. *A cot is not provided, please bring your own travel cot.
