Handsome Perran’s Barn stands in the grounds of the Owner’s home. Believed to date from the 17th Century, it now provides a perfect retreat for the 21st Century! The reversed level accommodation has views towards Sancreed Beacon, and walkers can enjoy a stroll to Caer Bran Hill or the Iron Age village and fogou at Carn Euny. The barn is adjacent to the St Just World Heritage Site and is approached on a tinners’ way, a road formerly used to transport tin from Land’s End to St Michael’s Mount. Accessed through the garden, the pretty bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor and stairs lead up to the open plan living-room, which has a solid oak kitchen and two comfortable leather sofas flanking the wood-burner. The property has a private water supply (tested regularly). Please note, only one small dog (for example a Jack Russell) is accepted at this property. *A cot is not provided, please bring your own travel cot.
