The detached, reversed accommodation, reached by a flight of exterior steps, includes four beautifully furnished ground floor bedrooms, three with en suite shower-rooms and the fourth with use of a further separate bathroom. An elegant spiral staircase (please take care with children and the elderly) gives access to the sitting/dining-room, where patio doors lead to the balcony which has fabulous views along the coast to Gribben Head. Mevagissey’s narrow, bustling streets and busy working harbour beg to be explored, and the glorious sandy beach at Pentewan is only a couple of miles away. Heligan Gardens are nearby, while the Eden Project and historic Charlestown harbour are easily accessible by car. If so much exploring leaves you exhausted, Sandpiper offers the ultimate in relaxation for your return – a luxurious hot tub is situated in the landscaped back garden (please supervise children), next to a large paved barbecue-area. The second cot is a travel cot. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
