Set amidst farmland and wooded valleys, this detached barn conversion provides a comfortable base for exploring this delightful part of Cornwall. Guests are welcome to help feed the animals and walk the twenty acres of fields and woodland (stock permitting), where deer, badgers and foxes can often be seen. Across the courtyard from the Owners and three other holiday properties including Brambles (2129), The Cart House has its own private, fully enclosed garden. With one double bedroom upstairs, the remaining accommodation is on the ground floor and includes an en suite double bedroom along with a twin room, a family bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen/diner and a spacious sitting-room with a wood-burner and French doors out to the shared courtyard. The nearby fishing ports of Looe and Polperro offer seaside shops and restaurants, and sandy beaches at Seaton and Downderry are great for families, with rock pools, cafes and pubs. Several golf courses, National Trust parks and the coastal footpath are within ten miles, providing something for everyone to enjoy. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
