The pretty village of Tregony, set in the beautiful Roseland peninsula, boasts a Victorian clock tower, art gallery, local shops and 16th Century village pub. River and countryside walks abound, some accessible from the cottage, and the coastal footpath is within easy reach. Sandy beaches are found at Pendower and Caerhays, while gardens at Heligan, Trewithen and the Eden Project and two local farm shops are all worth a visit. Semi-detached Swallow Barn is tucked away from the village high street, in a peaceful yet central location. The open plan living-room is warm and cosy with comfortable sofas flanking a welcoming open fire and a conservatory overlooking the tranquil walled garden. The kitchen-area is compact but very well-equipped, with a separate utility-room. Twin and double bedrooms share a bathroom on the ground floor, while upstairs the master bedroom has an en suite shower-room and far reaching countryside views. Please note the lower rent band does not apply for holidays beginning on or between 20 May to 1 September and is only applicable for parties of 4 + cot or less.
