So-called because three of the best beaches in Falmouth are just across the road, this supremely comfortable semi-detached house enjoys wonderful views out into Falmouth Bay. Set in an elevated position above the road and providing broadband access, Three Beaches has a sun-room that makes the most of the view, with French doors to a large, raised terrace (fenced, but take care with children). The sitting/dining-room shares the view, and the fully equipped kitchen, with its convenient breakfast bar, leads out to a landscaped rear patio – fenced for safety but take care on the steps. Upstairs, the master bedroom has stunning views which can be appreciated from the comfort of bed, a wonderful way to start the day. The twin room overlooks the garden at the rear and is next to the spacious bathroom. All the attractions of this thriving sailing town are within walking distance, including watersport tuition at Gyllyngvase beach (see photograph), the nearby Leisure Centre with its swimming pool and gym, and the National Maritime Museum Cornwall. A multitude of restaurants, bars and shops will delight all tastes, and there are ferry services to St Mawes, the Cathedral City of Truro and the Helford River.
