Glorious beaches at Caerhays, Pendower and Portholland are within easy reach, together with Heligan Gardens, the Eden Project and many coastal and inland walks, making Carveth the perfect base from which to explore this beautiful area. There is also a local farm shop just half a mile away. Converted to an exacting standard, the beautifully appointed, single-storey, double-glazed accommodation includes a large, pale oak breakfast kitchen which leads through to a light and spacious sitting/dining-room. The reclaimed pine floor is softened by a large rug, and a pair of comfortable sofas flank a wood-burner, perfect for cosy evenings. French doors lead out to a small and attractive enclosed garden, south-facing and secluded. Both double bedrooms have en suite facilities and the small but comfortable single bedroom is adjacent to a separate cloakroom. Guests are welcome to use the Owners’ all-weather tennis court by arrangement (with own equipment including suitable shoes).
