You cannot get closer to the sea than this ground floor apartment which has two balconies hanging over the water (see photograph, the view from the sitting/dining-room balcony). The Sea House is all on one level and every room apart from the bathroom has water views, taking in the wonderful seascape from Flushing across Falmouth harbour to the Roseland peninsula in the distance. There is a fine choice of restaurants, pubs and shops within walking distance down the hill into the town, although the apartment is surprisingly peaceful, situated in an inner courtyard at the Packet Quays development. Guests have access to a small communal garden overlooking the water nearby, shared with other residents. The light-filled sitting/dining-room has white upholstery with touches of blue, giving the property a nautical feel. The compact oak-fronted kitchen is well planned and equipped. Both bedrooms have double beds, fitted wardrobes, co-ordinating bed linen and curtains, and share a well appointed bathroom. The parking and garage are unsuitable for large vehicles.
