Next door, guests will adore the sitting-room which offers a place to rest in front of an open fire, and enjoy the views out across the large garden to the sea. Adjacent to the kitchen/breakfast-room, the formal dining-room, panelled in tulipwood and bedecked with ancestral pictures, provides the perfect backdrop for hosting wonderful dinner parties. Upstairs, the elegantly furnished and spacious bedrooms are charming, as are the bathrooms, some of which boast enviable views. The Owner has thoughtfully provided a daily cleaning service from Monday to Friday between 10am and 1pm. Once the house and the surrounding gardens have been explored, the Estate’s formal gardens next door, designed by Thomas Bolitho in the 1880s, offer a unique glimpse into the horticultural world of rare camellias and exotic plants. Guests also have the use of the hard tennis court.
