Set down a tiny north Devon lane, deep in beautiful unspoilt countryside, you will find a little bit of heaven. Leworthy Mill Farm typifies a small farm – 27 acres of pasture and woodland, ponds, fury and feather friends, home produce and a very warm welcome to all who visit by the Owners who live in the farmhouse nearby. Dipple Cottage takes its name from the river bordering the farm. Originally the watermill, only the waterwheel leat now remains which can be seen from the enclosed patio (please be careful with children around the leat and ponds). Inside, the large sofas surround the wood-burner and will provide a convivial resting spot after a busy day exploring. Upstairs, both bedrooms are attractively styled. Well placed to explore this lovely area of Devon, guests will enjoy day excursions to Clovelly, Bude and the wonderful beach at Westward Ho!. Please note the property has a private water supply (tested regularly).
