Boscolla is a well-kept secret – a small hamlet set in completely unspoilt countryside but with excellent access to both the north and south coasts of the county. As well as being within easy reach of a fine choice of sandy beaches, the cottage is close to the Cathedral City of Truro, several golf courses, the sailing centre of Falmouth and numerous gardens. The Owners, who offer farmhouse Bed and Breakfast, live opposite the detached cottage, which has a small, fully enclosed south-facing garden. The spacious open plan living area is separated from a very well-equipped kitchen by a dining-area with a pine table and chairs. A wood-burner effect electric stove adds a cosy focal point to the sitting-area which has comfortable beige upholstery and French windows leading onto the lawn. There is a twin bedroom downstairs with a bathroom next door, as well as a shower-room upstairs (stair-gate provided) across the landing from the double bedroom, prettily decorated with co-ordinating linen and curtains.
