Set in the hamlet of Port Navas, with wonderful views down the creek towards Helford, these two terraced barn conversions are only a stone’s throw from the famous Duchy Oyster Farm. The Owner, who lives on site, has arranged for guests to enjoy temporary membership of the Port Navas Yacht Club, which serves excellent food. The location is ideal for touring the surrounding Helford valley, visiting the nearby gardens at Glendurgan, Trebah and Trelissick and a wide variety of sandy beaches towards Falmouth or the Lizard. The cottages share an enclosed, very sheltered, cobbled courtyard with a small pond to the front of the buildings as well as a second terrace and a small lawn at the rear. The cottages have reversed accommodation to take advantage of the view, with the entrance on the first floor but entered at ground level as they nestle into the side of a hill. The living-room balconies overlook the courtyard and the water beyond.

The sitting-area leads to a pretty little balcony with views to the creek; here you can relax and enjoy an al fresco meal whilst taking in the fabulous views. The sitting-area is comfortable, and the kitchen-area very well-equipped. Downstairs is the bathroom and the two bedrooms, one double and one single to allow flexibility for your party. From the master bedroom the doorway leads out to the lovely terrace.
