Just four miles from St Ives Bay, Penberthy Farm is tucked away in the Cornish countryside at the end of a quiet farm drive. The Owner has carefully restored these former barns, each quite separate with its own individual style. Together with Penberthy Farm Cottage (2069), they share the communal meadow and large gravelled courtyard, which boasts an attractive pond (please take care with children). The properties also share a private water supply (tested regularly). Equidistant to the north and south coasts, Penberthy Farm is an ideal base from which to explore this beautiful part of Cornwall.

With a spacious front deck overlooking the pond and countryside beyond, semi-detached Thistledown has its own special character. The open plan living-room has pale wood floors and a wrought iron spiral staircase (please take care) leading up to the twin bedroom, tucked beneath the very low sloping eaves (mind your head, even if you are not very tall!). The ground floor bathroom is accessible from the hallway and the double bedroom, with its gorgeously romantic antique four-poster bed.
