Butterwell is the substantial wing of a traditional country residence, offering spacious, light rooms in Butterwell House and cosy, open plan accommodation in Butterwell Cottage. The properties, although entirely independent with their own front doors and enclosed gardens, can provide flexibility for larger families who wish to holiday together. The neighbouring Owners are welcoming but unobtrusive, and farm livestock and arable crops on the surrounding 470 acres. Approached along a tree-lined drive and standing in attractive grounds, a shared front lawn and timber-built play-area make Butterwell ideal for family holidays. The fishing port of Looe and the sailing waters of Fowey are nearby while the South West Coast Path is easily accessible. Gardens at Lanhydrock, Heligan and Mount Edgcumbe are worth visiting, and the Eden Project is within easy reach.

A perfect getaway for couples wishing to explore the surrounding countryside or walk the coastal footpath, the cottage is also ideal for those wanting to maintain their independence while holidaying with family or friends. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
