Perched close to the Praa Sands section of the South West Coast Path and the quiet rural hamlet of Trevurvas, Old Barn is a haven of tranquility.
The sun-room has views across the field to Tregonning Hill and is the perfect place to enjoy a lovingly cooked meal around the large dining-table. Step into the extremely well-equipped kitchen-area, complete with a Bean to Cup coffee machine and a bread maker. The sitting-room is spacious and has comfortable furnishings and a coal-effect electric stove, adding warmth out-of-season. Further along the hallway, and down two steps, are the bedrooms and bathroom. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and the second 'zip and link' beds, which can be made up as twins or a super-king size bed. The modern bathroom is close to the bedrooms and has a shower cubicle and a bath.
The drive down the short but narrow lane is worth it as there is private parking for three cars available for the duration of your stay. Enjoy a leisurely 15 minute walk along the footpath to the beach and Sandbar pub at Praa Sands. After a day on the beach, or out discovering the dramatic coastline, you can return home, relax by the fire-pit in the garden, take in the sunset and enjoy peace and plenty.
