Minalto is set off the promenade in an avenue of large houses. Attached to the Owners’ home, this cosy annexe is an ideal retreat. On the ground floor a sun-room leads to the comfortable sitting-room, down a step along the hallway is a stylish dining-room and at the end is any chef’s dream, a huge kitchen with a large island unit and even a seven ring double range cooker! On the first floor are two light and airy bedrooms and the bathroom. A south-facing patio will provide the setting for an al fresco meal or a morning coffee whilst planning the day’s adventures.
