This Grade II Listed, early Victorian cottage is set in the heart of thriving Falmouth, but in a road above the main thoroughfare so is surprisingly quiet. Just a two minute walk from the bustling wining and dining area which borders the harbour, all of the town’s facilities are at hand. Updated with care and including wireless broadband access, Starboard Cottage is entered directly into the oak-floored sitting-room where a tiled fireplace with an open fire offers comfort in cooler months, and a fully fitted kitchen/diner at the rear of the property has sea glimpses. Leave the car and explore the town on foot, or take a nearby ferry to Flushing, St Mawes, the Helford River or the Cathedral City of Truro.
