Dog friendly in Dorset
The first of our county blogs in the run up to the end of the month, when the beaches become dog friendly once more. Dog friendly beaches in Dorset and holiday cottages on the Jurassic Coast.
It’s nearly that time of year for sandy paws and tennis balls lost at sea – 30th September sees the end of the annual peak season beach ban for dogs. There are those that are always dog friendly, and those that are never, but Visit-Dorset.com has an alphabetical list of each beach status in the county.
All you need now is a dog friendly holiday cottage to stay in. That said, the Jurassic Coast is a lovely part of the world to visit, with or without your pet! And a holiday cottage will certainly be a better bet than attempting a driftwood shelter on the beach…
