You can spend your days lounging on the deck, in the hot tub or exploring the beautiful gardens. Peaceful and dog-friendly, Cedar is the perfect retreat for couples looking to relax and spend time together.
Cedar has recently undergone an interior designed and curated transformation and now offers guests luxury living at it's very best. The open plan living area is a tranquil sanctuary with kitchen, dining and sitting area. A paradise of calm, it offers a cosy designer sofa, table and chairs for intimate candlelight suppers and a fabulous, equipped kitchen. This wonderful space has floor to ceiling windows facing out over a big glass-sided deck where sun loungers look across lawns to woodland and fields. There is a private hot tub, set low into the deck outside the French windows of the bedroom, with underwater lighting for nighttime dips.
In keeping with the eco feel and the woodland walks, the bedroom has a beautiful bamboo bed, super-king size for added luxury. The en suite bathroom has under-floor heating, a walk-in drench-head shower, an oval free-standing double-ended bath and matching wash-basins perched upon polished granite.
Single-storey and with level access, enter Cedar through a big utility-room/hallway, a perfect dumping space for beach gear/surfboards before moving into the gorgeous open plan living-room. The kitchen-area is fully equipped including an all-essential wine fridge and coffee machine, and the sitting-area has a Smart TV with Netflix and an iPod dock so music can be streamed in every room.

The surrounding five acres offer an indoor heated swimming pool, (please note, you can book a 1.5 hour session per day at the swimmimg pool, the system is explained in the property), a gym, woodland walks, an orchard and a lovely ornamental lake. There is also a tennis court with all-level coaching available from an experienced national level player/coach (please book on-site on arrival). In addition, there is a dreamy new spa room offering CACI treatments which work to plump and tone the skin, as well as a bespoke massage service, both can be booked in advance of your stay. Restaurants, shops and galleries are five miles away in Falmouth and Truro and the superb north coast surfing beaches are just 20 minutes by car.
The hi-spec, super-insulated cedar-clad houses include Fern (2825) for couples, its semi-detached mirror-image, Coast (2822) and Drift (2823), both accommodating six and there is also The Gatehouse (2826), a beautiful single-storey cottage accommodating four, set slightly apart from the others so offering more privacy. The properties (except The Gatehouse) are accessible for wheelchairs, with level thresholds, ground floor bedrooms and double-width walk-in showers. Family groups or larger parties can all be accommodated by booking adjacent properties for special occasions.
